Throughout his career, Ed has helped lead some of the nation’s premier college athletic departments and conferences through organizational growth, leadership transitions, culture development and high-stakes decision making.
His perspective is shaped by experience on the field, in the executive suite and alongside leaders navigating complex organizations and changing environments. Today, Ed brings that experience to leaders, organizations, athletes and families through Blitz32. His approach is practical, objective and relationship-driven, combining strategic perspective with an understanding that strong leadership is ultimately about people, trust, accountability and performance.
